The Iraqi Private Banks League participated in the 49th Baghdad International Fair through a unified banking pavilion comprising 20 banks and electronic payment companies.

The participation highlighted the development of Iraq’s banking sector and introduced modern financial and banking services offered by banks, underscoring their role in supporting the national economy and advancing financial inclusion, in addition to opening direct communication channels with the public and investors.

The League stated that the participation forms part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the presence of Iraqi banks at economic and trade forums and to demonstrate progress in banking infrastructure, in alignment with the Central Bank of Iraq’s vision for banking reform and development.

The banking pavilion attracted significant turnout from visitors, who reviewed the latest banking solutions, electronic payment services and financing products designed to meet modern standards and address the needs of diverse segments of society.
