The Training Center of the Iraqi Private Banks League organized a specialized training course on customer service as part of the Financial Inclusion Program for Economic Qualification and Integration in Iraq. The program is overseen by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) in collaboration with the European Union and included the participation of 30 trainees from various Iraqi banks.
The course aimed to enhance customer experience and improve banking service quality by developing bank employees' skills in customer interaction, understanding client needs, and providing innovative financial solutions. This initiative seeks to increase financial awareness and promote the integration of individuals and businesses into the formal banking system.
