The Iraqi Private Banks League concluded a specialized training program titled "Effective Leadership in Quality Management," which ran for five days and was attended by several employees from the banking sector. The program aimed to introduce participants to fundamental quality management concepts, trace the historical development of ISO certification, and clarify distinctions between quality control and quality assurance.
The training also covered requirements for documenting management systems, essential documents to be created, key responsibilities of the quality department, and the setup of an optimal operational environment for banks.
